CHARLIE BROWN AND A LAWSUIT

The heirs of the estate of the man who composed the theme music to ?A Charlie Brown Christmas? have decided to sue the music production facility that produced the musical soundtrack for the film and suggest that the company did not buy out music from the movie and owes the estate over two million dollars in unpaid royalties. The interesting thing about the lawsuit and something that makes it very likely that the production house for the film won?t likely have a very good holiday season is that it was filed on the 23rd of December, which is just a few days before the television stations traditionally start airing the film.
